GENERAL INFO

- term of service must be agreed before commissioning
- communication in commission process made through on Discord
- +30% to the cost for private arts

WORKFLOW & DEADLINE

- The process includes: 1/sketching - 2/line - 3/coloring - 4/complete.
- Every request, no matter how simple or complex, will have a deadline of at least 30 - 60 days ( not including client feedback time and 2–3 additional days per revision.)
- three chages request in step 1- 3.
- However, once the coloring step is finished, no further changes to the details will be allowed.
- Progress updates at each step, file delivered via Email/Google Drive upon completion.

PAYMENT

- 30% payment after the sketch is approved and before starting coloring/lineart.
- 40% payment after the coloring is approved
- 30% payment upon completion of the artwork, before final files are delivered.
- Major changes requested (extra characters ; complex details) will be charged additionally and must be paid together with the corresponding milestone.
- all rounds of revisions at the sketch stage, line stage, color stage is free
- Payment details will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
- I accept PayPal for payment.

REFUNDS

- Commissions can be cancelled by either the client or the artist at any time.
- Cancellation must be made through direct message on Discord
- Refund schedule
- If cancelled before the sketching stage begins: 100% refund.
- If cancelled after the sketch is approved but before coloring begins: 70% refund (30% non-refundable for time spent on sketching).
- If cancelled after the coloring stage has started: No refund will be issued.
- If cancelled after the artwork is completed: No refund.
- Once payment has been made, the client agrees that any cancellation after the sketch stage will result in partial or no refund, depending on the progress of the commission.
- I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time due to: Rude behavior, violation of TOS.In these cases, a partial refund will be calculated based on the work already completed.
- All refunds will be processed via PayPal within 7–14 business days after cancellation is confirmed

COPY RIGHT

- If you did not ask for a private commission, I retain rights to post and upload WIPs., finished, or edited images of my commissions on social media.
- Commission can use for your personal purpose, not allow for commerce without my permission
- Please do not make significant edits to the artwork without discussing it with me beforehand. (Such as changing outfits, adding a watermark, etc.)
